What You'll Do

  • Monitor real-time trends, social media dynamics, and user preferences in Indonesia, with a particular focus on the travel industry
  • Conduct social media monitoring, competitor analysis, and insights evaluation to identify best practices and translate it into actionable content plans
  • Develop daily social media briefs, content visual plans, and scheduling across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the target audience and market objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and produce engaging daily content
  • Manage social media engagement by responding to customer queries, escalating issues to internal teams, and contributing to effective problem resolution
  • Assist the development and maintenance of relationships with micro and macro KOLs/content creators, including managing project-related administrative tasks such as contracts and legal documentation
  • Develop blog content relevant to travel trends, leveraging insights from seasonal patterns and market behavior in Indonesia

What You'll Need

  • 1+ year of solid experience in KOL marketing, community management, or social media marketing and related fields
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media influencers landscape in Indonesia
  • Experience in producing branded content for social media that delivers measurable results
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing skills are advantageous
