Accounting & Administration Officer (Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

Managing:

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Journal entries and financial statement preparation
  • Tax filings (including but not limited to PPN, PPh)
  • Cash payment and cash flow analysis
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Basic administrative tasks as assigned including but not limited to meeting arrangement, customer reception etc.

Qualifications:

  • Can communicate in Oral and Written Chinese.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Tax Processing
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP,).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
