Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

  • Understand and manage the company's cash flow effectively
  • Review and ensure Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures
  • Control billing and collection processes, including direct coordination with clients when necessary
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the accounting cycle, particularly transaction journal entries
  • Provide direction and supervision to the Finance & Accounting team in line with company standards and operating procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, accounting cycles, AP/AR, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Pivot Table, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-structured in work approach
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, able to guide and develop a team, and maintains confidentiality and company privacy with integrity
  • Available to join as soon as possible
