• Check the setting for KRSS/KRS, Enrichment Program, Streaming/Minor Program, Student Mobility registration were complied with academic regulation.

• Check alignment of the courses offered to students with Course Distribution and Course Equivalency Table.

• Provide assistance for students with problems in registration and scheduling process

• Recap and provide registration result for Study Program and related unit (e.g., Streaming / Minor Program, Student Mobility Program, Enrichment Program)

• Maintain effective student registration process (e.g., Inform and propose to student to take the class on their KRS, assemble students to fill class with under minimum capacity)

• Prepare documents required to conduct all activities related to student registration and scheduling process

• Maintain the study plan registration process and timeline based on registration calendar

• Verify lecturers' teaching availability data from related program study. Inform lecturers to fill out teaching availability information according to the required timeline

• Conduct effective process in BCS related to student registration and scheduling activities (e.g., package setting)

• Arrange class schedule based on operational table and confirm the schedule to Study Program and related Center.

• Arrange lecturer schedule according to the course subject, study competency and teaching availability.

• Conduct related process of student registration and scheduling activities in BINUS MAYA

• Provide accurate information for students related to registration and scheduling administration process

• Conduct process related to examination and thesis defense scheduling

• Conduct registration and course subject scheduling according to valid guidelines and procedures.
Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor

• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)

• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:

•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:

•No working experience
