Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lampung. As a Pelaksana Lapangan, you will oversee daily on-site construction activities, including supervising workers, managing schedules, ensuring adherence to design and quality, and coordinating with the project team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in on-site project implementation and team supervision
- Proficiency in construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure that projects meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving aptitude to address challenges on-site effectively
- Physical ability to work in a construction environment
- Prior experience in construction fieldwork is advantageous
- Diploma or relevant qualification in construction or a related field is preferred
