Responsibilities:

  1. Assist overall kitchen operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  2. Plan, prepare, and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
  3. Regularly check the expiry dates and ensure proper storage of all food items in your section.
  4. Manage daily ordering, estimate consumption, forecast ingredient requirements, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  5. Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations at all times.
  6. Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

  1. Speak fluently and write effectively in English.
  2. An organized person with a positive mindset.
  3. Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
  4. Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  5. Academic: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or relevant vocational training in Food & Beverage.
  6. Job Experience: At least 1 year of experience as Kitchen Crew or related field.
