Job Description:

  • Prepare financial projections, budgeting, and strategies to optimize working capital.
  • Develop financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide clear and transparent financial reports for management, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Manage tax invoices, reporting, and payments in accordance with regulations.
  • Ensure smooth cash flow and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Monitor key financial ratios such as ROA, ROE, Debt-to-Equity, and Gross Profit Margin.
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management; experience handling multiple entities is a plus.
  • Proficient in accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS/GAAP), taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., ) is a plus.
