Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for livestream operations and create smart plans to keep traffic good.
  • Handle management hosters for training and scheduling
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of live streaming, managing the technical aspects, ensuring smooth streaming quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Analyze data and review performance to spot issues and improve after each session.
  • The Live Streaming Operator will also collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create engaging content and drive sales through live streaming events.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Requirements
  • ⁠Experience at least 1-2 years as live streaming operations
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a related field
  • Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to speak and write in English
