Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (drh)
  • Proven track record of at least 1 years in B2B sales, preferably in Pet food, aquaculture feed, or animal health products, animal clinics or animal health services.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and administrative skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes, customer handling, and documentation workflow.
  • Willing to work in the field and manage customers within the Jabodetabek region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Currently residing in Jabodetabek.

Jobdescription

  • Conduct sales activities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Support B2B/corporate Aquamarine customer relationships, including managing PKS agreements, quotations, invoicing, and PPh23 documents.
  • Acquire retail and corporate customers within the designated Jabodetabek area.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure regular orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sample submissions, including recording, tracking, registering in the GSI system, and delivering results to customers.
  • Register samples through GSI online systems (TanyaDNA and AGSI) and report Booking IDs to the laboratory operations team.
  • Prepare weekly planning and realization reports, and actively contribute to achieving team sales targets.
  • Support Aquamarine marketing programs through the website, LinkedIn, webinars, and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding invoicing, payment collection, CA reporting, business trips, and other sales-related reports.
  • Support Aquamarine sample arrival processes at the Genomics Hub and ensure compliance with laboratory operational standards.
