Lab Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with internal protocols
2. Coordinate communication between lab analysts, clinic staff, and external diagnostic partners or vendors
3. Maintain and organize accurate records of lab tests, client data, and sample tracking documentation.
4. Oversee procurement, inventory, and stock management of lab materials, equipment, and consumables
5. Ensure all lab procedures and documentation comply with health, safety, and confidentiality regulations
6. Assist in scheduling and prioritizing sample processing to meet clinical deadlines and ensure timely reporting
7. Monitor lab expenses and prepare reports for management, including purchasing logs and usage summaries.
8. Support internal audits and quality control processes by preparing necessary reports and compliance documentation
9. Train or brief new administrative staff on lab procedures and documentation systems as needed.
10. Uphold OMNI's commitment to precision, confidentiality, and professionalism by ensuring all administrative lab operations align with wellness service standards.
