We are seeking a detail-oriented
Product Owner
who excels in bridging business needs with system capabilities. This role is responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing cross-functional business processes to ensure technology solutions deliver measurable value and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Document and map end-to-end business workflows using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
  • Translate business processes into system flows and functional requirements to guide development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA to ensure solutions reflect business intent.
  • Define, refine, and maintain the product backlog with clear prioritization that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, user story refinement, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Support UAT activities and change management to ensure effective adoption of new features or enhancements.
  • Continuously assess the impact of product or process changes on upstream and downstream functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Consultant or similar role in a technology-driven environment (experience in retail domain is a strong advantage).
  • Must Have:
    Strong knowledge of process mapping, business analysis, and system design principles.
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Must Have:
    Proficiency in BPMN tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) and requirement tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
