Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter Intern. The primary workplace is located in Gambir, but some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Recruiter Intern will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support the hiring process to ensure timely and effective recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and managing databases
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments
  • Experience or exposure to recruitment roles (preferred but not mandatory)
