Urgently Predmet Constructions is hiring Videographer.

Role Purpose

To create high-quality photo and video content — including professional drone footage — for all divisions of the company.

The videographer supports the full video production cycle: preparing for shoots, filming, post-production, organizing content, and delivering materials for marketing campaigns and social media.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment (cameras, drone, stabilizers, sound) before each shoot.
  • Conduct drone filming for various company projects — this is a core and mandatory part of the role.
  • Assist in on-site ground shoots: handle secondary angles, lighting, and composition.
  • Capture short-form content such as Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Perform basic editing and post-production: cutting, color correction, cropping, and sound adjustment.
  • Optimize video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram).
  • Upload and organize footage in company storage, ensuring proper structure and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team, marketing team, and videographers to deliver high-quality materials.

Key Requirements

  • Strong drone piloting and aerial filming skills — mandatory. Candidates without proven drone experience will not be considered.
  • Experience shooting with professional cameras.
  • Video editing and post-production skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Understanding of composition, lighting, and framing.
  • Familiarity with content formats for social media.
  • Attention to detail, precision in handling footage, and commitment to quality.

Required for Application

  • Portfolio of video projects, including examples of drone footage.
  • Examples of editing or short-form content (if available).
  • Short motivation statement about interest in the role and relevant experience.
