  • Min. xperience 3 Years as trainer in Formula Milk/FMCG Industry
  • Strong in analytical thinking and good in reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, easy going
  • Can conduct and build matery
  • Can speak Mandarin Would be preferred

Job Description:

  1. Product Knowledge Training : Provide the sales team, healthcare professionals, and consumers with detailed information about infant formula,

including ingredients, nutritional value, age groups, etc. Answer general questions about infant formula to ensure that all relevant staff have a thorough understanding of the product.

  1. Education and Guidance : Provide new parents with knowledge and guidance on formula feeding, including how to choose the right infant formula, preparation and feeding methods. Conduct offline or online training to inform infant nutrition knowledge and help parents educate the right scientifically.

  2. Market Survey and Feedback : Understand market needs and consumer preferences, and collect reviews to improve product and training content. Participate in the development of marketing strategies and provide professional advice to help companies better meet customer needs.

  3. Development of Training Courses : Design and implement training courses for different target audiences, including salespeople, doctors, and nurses. The training content will be updated periodically to reflect market changes and new product launches

  4. On-site Support and Activities : Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions and promotional events, provide on-site support, and promote brands and products. Conduct product demonstrations and use them to build consumer trust.

  5. Consumer Relationship Maintenance : Build and maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs and feedback, and provide personalized solutions. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and support.

  6. Evaluation and Improvement : Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training, collect consumer reviews and analyze the effectiveness of training. Regularly optimize training methods and content to ensure that they adapt to changes in the market and consumer needs.
