As a PIC YPM (Automotive - Two Wheels), you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of sales operations, contributing to the growth and success of our automotive business.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fieldsHave a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Branch Operations within the automotive industry, preferably as a Branch Head or similar roleExhibit strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and team developmentPossess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with customers, leasing partners, and internal teams. Demonstrate proficiency in sales forecasting, stock planning, sales funnel management, and the use of dealer systems, scoring tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the branch, ensuring targets are achieved effectively and efficiently according to SOPDevelop monthly sales plans, aggressive sales strategies, and accurate stock projections based on market trends and branch needsManage and coach the sales team through daily briefings, performance reviews, mentoring, and regular evaluation to maximize closing ratios and achieve KPIsSupervise marketing activities, partnership programs with leasing, and strategic alliances to expand market reach and enhance sales performanceProduce analytical daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that include target achievements, deviations, and recommended action plans
