  • Retrieve and prepare data queries requested by users or the development team to support feature design and analysis.
  • Perform performance tuning to improve system and database efficiency.
  • Handle change requests and support the enhancement of new and existing features.
  • Manage and support new configurations related to new partnerships or integrations.
  • Conduct brainstorming and technical discussions with the development team to identify solutions and improve workflows.
  • Monitor deployments to ensure successful implementation and handle post-release issues if needed.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and system functionalities.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as System Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views).
  • Proficiency in MySQL including querying and performance optimization.
  • Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work willing under a 3-month contract.
