We are seeking a skilled
Technical Writer with approximately 3 years of experience
to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products and internal processes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content that supports both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, tutorials, and internal SOPs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Organize and structure documentation to improve usability and information accessibility.
  • Edit, standardize, and proofread materials prepared by other team members.
  • Maintain and improve the company's documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to understand new features and update documentation accordingly.
  • Produce diagrams, workflows, and visuals to supplement written content.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with brand voice, compliance standards, and usability principles.
  • Manage documentation repositories (e.g., Confluence, Git/GitHub, Notion, or similar tools).
  • Continuously evaluate existing documentation to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    as a Technical Writer or similar role.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, user-friendly content.
  • Experience working with technical teams such as software engineers, product managers, and QA.
  • Strong proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Git/GitHub, Notion, or similar.
  • Familiarity with markup languages like Markdown, HTML, or XML.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with version control and documentation lifecycle management.
