PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Search for and participate in Oil & Gas, Building or other general construction tender processes.
  • Making quotation and tendering process.
  • Make tender offers to client.
  • Perform estimation and BOQ calculations.
  • Create and prepare tender documents.
  • Conduct meetings and communicate with client in the tender process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in related position.
  • Maximum 50 years old.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture & Mechanical engineering or equivalent level.
  • Have existing network in industrial, BUMN, Building (Contractors) and EPC General Contractor etc.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills.
  • Position only for candidates who has strong technical, presentation, marketing communication and commercial background.
  • Proficiency in problem solving and risk management.
  • Excellent command of English (Minimum TOEFL ITP 590/TOEFL IBT 96/TOEIC 785/British Council 500).
  • Placement in Serang or Ready to be placed anywhere.
