Job Responsibilities

  • Provide research support on a variety of risk investigations
  • Detect suspicious transactions based on detailed data and pattern
  • Handle escalations and follow up with teams related to fraud events
  • Response chargebacks/dispute
  • Identify the reason of chargeback and prevent the same issues happen in the future

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics/Accounting/ Finance
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Google Apps for Work especially Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Willing to learn to use new software or tools (example: CRM)
  • A keen eye for detecting fraud, risk and suspicious activity
  • Good with numbers and reporting
  • Must be willing to work on weekend shift (5 days of work, with 2 days off) and holidays when needed
  • Required skills: Good communication, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, work well in a team, trustworthy, able to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
