PT SBE is a pioneering conservation and peatland management company in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan. Our project covers ~48,000 hectares of peat ecosystems, focusing on fire prevention, hydrology restoration, biodiversity protection, and community engagement. We are building a lean, professional field team that works hand-in-hand with local villages to deliver long-term climate and conservation benefits, following international standards for Nature-Based Solutions (NBS).
These roles are the frontline connection to local villages and will directly influence the project's success with communities.
Job Description :
- Engage with assigned villages (.3.4 each).
- Support FPIC, meetings, grievance follow-up
- Document activities for RKU reporting.
Job Requirement :
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in social sciences, forestry, or related.
- Min 1–3 years' community engagement experience.
- Strong communication skills; local language preferred.
