Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bandung. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key customer relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and delivering training to customers and team members. Daily tasks will include identifying potential markets, promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build meaningful relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, achieve targets, and drive business growth
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate internal teams or customers about products and sales strategies
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to evaluate market trends and develop innovative strategies
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the textile or yarn industry is a plus
