Children Learning Chinese (CLC) is a well-established Mandarin learning center in Jakarta, specializing in Chinese language and culture education for children and teenagers. With over 20 years of experience, CLC supports students aged 3 to 18 in achieving their learning goals—whether for academic purposes or to develop strong multilingual proficiency.

Due to our continued growth, CLC now operates multiple centers across West Jakarta, South Jakarta, and South Tangerang. Our learning environments are thoughtfully designed to engage young learners and foster a positive, enjoyable Mandarin learning experience.

We are seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our growing team across the following positions:

Mandarin Teacher & Assistant Teacher

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an education-focused environment and are motivated to teach the language of tomorrow today, while shaping the future through meaningful education and support for the next generation of learners in Indonesia.

Requirements:

  • University graduated (Bachelor/master's degree) in relevant field
  • Preferably Mother Tongue Mandarin
  • Passionate about teaching and children
  • Flexibility to teach onsite and online
  • Minimum 2 years Teaching experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Teaching Mandarin / Chinese language to students (children/teenagers) according to the school curriculum
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and effective lessons
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Participate in teacher meetings, training, and school events
  • Communicate students' progress with Academic Team or parents when needed
