Our Projects is a contemporary fragrance and skincare brand based in Bali, focused on premium perfumes and clean, toxin-free skincare. With boutique stores in Canggu and Pererenan, we create sensory experiences through immersive workshops, luxury products, and exceptional service.

We are looking for a full-time In-Store Sales Person to lead our Canggu retail team, drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and represent our values with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily in-store sales and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service to every customer.
• Represent the brand with confidence, educating customers on our premium perfume and skincare range.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
• Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure key items are always available.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback with care and professionalism.
• Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Compile and submit weekly reports on sales, customer feedback, and store performance to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in in-store sales or retail management.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in the beauty or wellness industry, especially perfume and skincare.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (required).
• Must be an Indonesian national.
• Willing to learn and fully embrace the Our Projects brand values.
