Requirements:

  • Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree in related major from reputable University
  • Experience in Cloud Security (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Willing to working onsite contract based in South Jakarta area for Banking industry

Responsibilties (it will depend for each role):

Layer 1 as Field level support

  • Monitoring 24x7 security posturing tools using tools native (e.g.: AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, GCP SCC)
  • Monitoring 24x7 services/tools security both native services and 3rd party solutions
  • Note and clarify operational incident based on severity, type and details incident
  • Carry out escalation procedures to Layer 2 if incident is beyond authority
  • Provide daily report regarding to status posture, healthiness services, operational task and system alert notification
  • Run a simple health check to cloud security resources
  • Execute routine operational tasks which documented in technical guidelines (e.g.: manage user, manage firewall, manage ssl, manage kms, etc)
  • Basic troubleshooting identity access, network connectivity based on technical guidelines

Layer 2 as Cloud Security Engineer

  • Act as a Subject-Matter-Experts in troubleshooting process and recovery from incident escalation by Layer 1
  • Analyst each operational routine tasks request from user related to domain security in cloud environment (e.g.: manage user, manage firewall, manage ssl, manage kms, etc)
  • In-depth troubleshooting for complicated issue that needs coordination with Principal
  • Remediation & increase security posturing each CSP
  • Prepare recommendations for improvement & tuning of risky configurations (e.g.: IAM over-permission, public bucket, exposed services, etc)
  • Support implementation vulnerability remediation (e.g.: patching, rule update) together with application/infrastructure team
  • Preparing daily technical documents services security which managed in the cloud

Layer 3

as Subject Matter Expert:

  • Technical consultation
  • Development & evaluation
  • Coaching & mentoring
  • Validation & review
  • Solving complex problem

as Lead Implementor:

  • Severity medium based on company risk matrix
  • Responsible for Document Change Management, activity stage, risk & output
  • Must be present on call/onsite in each implementation activity
  • Doing review and improvement gap security and and determine the repair timeline for gap repair
