Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Gym Operator will be responsible for daily gym operations, including member assistance, maintaining cleanliness and organization, managing equipment, and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons. Additionally, the Gym Operator will monitor gym usage, support events or fitness programs, and collaborate with trainers and other staff to deliver high-quality services to members.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to assist and engage with gym members effectively.
  • Experience in gym operations, equipment maintenance, and ensuring general cleanliness and organization.
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment, health and safety practices, and procedures in a fitness facility.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members, including trainers and event organizers, to deliver excellent services.
  • Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing member needs and concerns.
  • Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or recreational facility management is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in fitness, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
