• Installation & Configuration: Setting up VM, Software, OS Configuration and prepare package for project.

• User & Access Management: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, managing permissions, and resetting passwords.

• Maintenance & Monitoring: Performing regular system checks, analyzing logs, tuning performance, applying updates/patches, and ensuring data backups.

• Security: Implementing security protocols, managing firewalls, monitoring for threats, and controlling access.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving Cloud and VM Issues

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and IT policies.

• Disaster Recovery: Backup, Replicate, and Restoration from Backups or Snapshots

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related.
2. 3 year of relevant experience for senior roles
3. Proficient in Linux Environment such as RHEL & Ubuntu
4. Certification (Optional & Value Added): Google Cloud Engineer Certification
5. Strong knowledge Linux/Unix system administration (Ubuntu & RHEL) and troubleshooting.
6. Knowledge basic network administration and troubleshooting
7. Proficient in Google Cloud Environment, VMWare, or Nutanix
8. Proficient in scripting using Bash and Python for automation tasks.
9. Knowledge of basic application security like WAF (Web Application Firewall), API Protection, BOT Detection and DDOS Protection (L7)
10. Knowledge of basic replication & backup strategies
11. Knowledge of basic firewall and load balancing (as value added)
12. Perform installation, configuration, VM Provisioning implementation, and NAS Configuration
13. Support OS Installation, Package Installation and maintain correct version
14. Manage service and support for communication / network, other clouds infrastructure products.
15. Ensure the implementation of infrastructure security and company data (EDR/XDR, OS Hardening, Firewall Hardening, SO27001, etc)
16. Maintain and monitor Disaster Recovery Centre, Data Center and Backhaul Server, server room, cloud resource & infrastructure server performance.
17. Knowledge of PAM tools such as Segura or Cyberark is a plus
18. Knowledge of basic replication & backup strategies
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
20. Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
21. Ability to write clear and detail technical documentation.
