Job Responsibilities: 

  • Write, and edit user interface text, help content, onboarding guides, tooltips, error messages, and other product-related content.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across the product.
  • Create and maintain a content style guide and documentation.
  • Analyze content performance and use data to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback during ideation design process and user research results.
  • Participate in the overall product development process.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field, preferably in B2B or related industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Energetic advocate of user-centered mentality within the team, divisions, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and continuous self-improvement.
