The Opportunity

Join PT MAHAKARYA ADI INDONESIA', a leading company in the Digital Agency 360 industry, as the Head of Social Media & KOL. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy, as well as managing key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms
  • Manage a team of social media specialists to create and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience
  • Negotiate and manage KOL contracts, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing or influencer marketing, preferably within the digital agency industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of social media specialists and KOL
  • Attend client meetings, clarify briefs, and adjust proposals based on client feedback.
  • Represent the agency as the subject-matter expert in social media and KOL strategy during pitch presentations.
