Requirement:

  1. Male, Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting / Management / Law / Psychology, with 5years Experiences, Maximal 45th Years Old.

  2. Experience in Oil & Gas and Mining Company.

  3. Has a Certified Human Resources Supervisor (CHRS).

  4. Fully Qualified and Experience in HRD function: payroll, recruitment, training, industrial relation, employment contract, PPh 21, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

  5. Good supervise team work, develop team strategy and employee discipline.

  6. Familiar and has been knowledge in Income Tax PPh21 and Government Regulation.

  7. Good communication skill both English and Bahasa and capable in writing report English.

  8. Computer literacy and familiar with MS Office: word, excel, formula, etc.

  9. Strong analytical skill to thorough data and administration matters.

  10. Have a Leadership Experience and Develop team work and assessed all of the personneladministration.

  11. Monitoring the process and progress activities.
