Must-Haves

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or

related field.

 5+ years of experience in software engineering within a distributed systems environment.

 Strong experience with Golang: syntax, standard libraries, concurrency primitives, and

application optimization.

 Experience maintaining operational excellence and site reliability (e.g., monitoring, system

health checks, capacity planning).

 Strong Computer Science fundamentals—data structures and algorithms.

 Familiarity with large-scale web services, systems internals, and networking concepts.

 Experience building distributed systems with high throughput and scalability, including queues

and streaming models.

 Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and system design skills.

 Ability to code well in any language (e.g., C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Python, , C#, etc.) and

willingness to work with Golang.
