Hi there

Mega Komposit Indonesia, a company based in Indonesia, West Jakarta (Joglo), is currently looking for an experienced Web Developer skilled in Laravel, WordPress, and CMS development. This position is onsite (WFO), so you'll be working directly with our team at the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel.

  • Build and develop custom CMS solutions based on company/client needs.

  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.

  • Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

  • Optimize website performance (speed, security, basic SEO).

  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and regular bug fixes.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in PHP, basic Laravel, and WordPress.

  • Skilled in building and customizing CMS, themes, and plugins.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap/Tailwind.

  • Familiar with MySQL, API integrations, and Git.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in time management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer.

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel Framework, and WordPress (theme/plugin development).

  • Familiar with MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs.

  • Experience in building or managing custom CMS is a plus.

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
