Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Demand Generation Associate. In this role, you will manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, build customer profile lists, configure automations and leverage AI tools to maximise meaningful conversations.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilties

  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to generate monthly demand lists.
  • Execute end-to-end demand automation funnels
  • Fine-Tune and adapt the company's AI Agents for Demand Generation.
  • Manage key account inquiries & conversations with your stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder calenders and meeting bookings.
  • Manage early conversations for new leads before passing them on to sales reps.
  • Update and maintain all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Populate and prepare monthly Demand Reports for our clients.

What we require

  • Be contactable duing office hours, and dilligently follow through on our standard sales processes
  • Have your own laptop and a stable internet connection
  • Have excellent written and verbal english communication skills
  • Be able to attend weekly meetings with your team lead in batam (Face to Face)

Technology (Good-to-have, Training Provided)

  • Familiarity with CRM Tools (Eg. MS Dynamics, Salesfore, Hubspot)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to effectively manage outreach and lead generation strategies

Job Type:
Full-time, Remote (Once per week F2F Meeting)
