General Practitioner

We are assisting our client, a leading industrial company, in hiring a
General Practitioner (Doctor)
to be stationed at one of their operational sites in the
Sulawesi region
. This role is ideal for a doctor who is passionate about providing quality medical care in an on-site or industrial environment and is comfortable working under a
coaster rotation system (6 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off)
.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary healthcare and medical consultations to employees and staff at the site clinic.
• Provide emergency and first-response medical care, including stabilization and coordination for evacuation when necessary.
• Conduct routine medical check-ups, health screenings, and preventive programs.
• Maintain complete and confidential medical records for all patients.
• Support occupational health programs, including monitoring of work-related illnesses or injuries.
• Collaborate closely with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to implement health promotion and workplace safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with external medical providers or hospitals for referrals and specialized treatments.
• Participate in health education, wellness campaigns, and awareness sessions for employees.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor (Dokter Umum) with valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktek).
• 3 - 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with exposure to industrial, mining, or remote-site healthcare settings.
• Proficient in general and emergency medical care, with good clinical judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management teams.
• Willingness to work under a 6-weeks-on-site, 2-weeks-off rotation schedule.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a remote or limited-resource environment.
