Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan pengawasan teknis, instalasi, serta memastikan seluruh pekerjaan sistem HVAC (System Air Conditioning – SAC) berjalan sesuai standar teknis, waktu, dan kualitas yang ditetapkan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh proses
    instalasi dan implementasi sistem HVAC
    berjalan sesuai desain dan spesifikasi.
  • Melakukan
    koordinasi dengan kontraktor, vendor, dan tim internal
    untuk memastikan target proyek tercapai.
  • Melakukan
    pemeriksaan teknis (inspection & testing)
    terhadap hasil pekerjaan instalasi di lapangan.
  • Memastikan
    kualitas pekerjaan (quality control)
    dan kesesuaian dengan gambar kerja serta standar HVAC.
  • Menyusun
    laporan progres proyek
    , termasuk dokumentasi hasil pekerjaan dan kendala teknis.
  • Memimpin tim teknisi dalam pelaksanaan
    testing & commissioning
    sistem pendingin.
  • Memastikan penerapan
    K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja)
    di area proyek.
  • Memberikan
    analisis teknis dan rekomendasi
    untuk perbaikan sistem HVAC bila diperlukan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal
    D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau Teknik Pendingin & Tata Udara
    .
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal
    3–5 tahun
    di bidang
    HVAC Engineering / Project Supervision / Site Installation
    .
  • Menguasai sistem
    VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, dan Ducting System
    .
  • Mampu membaca
    gambar teknis (shop drawing, isometric, wiring diagram)
    .
  • Terbiasa menggunakan alat ukur dan instrumentasi sistem pendingin.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis, koordinasi, dan komunikasi yang baik dengan tim proyek.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di
    lokasi proyek (mobile)
    sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
  • Pengalaman di proyek komersial atau industrial
    (Samsung, Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi Electric, dll)
    menjadi nilai tambah.
