We are a luxury villa resort in Kaba-Kaba focused on providing a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable experience for our guests. Currently, we are looking for a reliable and disciplined Security Guard who can also communicate with guests in confident intermediate English (English will be checked during interview). Shift schedule, pay from 140k/shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety of guests, staff, and resort property
  • Control access: monitor entry/exit of visitors, suppliers, and vehicles
  • Regular patrols of the entire area according to schedule
  • Assist guests when needed (basic information, directions, simple communication)
  • Report incidents and coordinate with management
  • Support front office during special situations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as security guard (hotel/resort preferred)
  • Intermediate English — able to communicate clearly with guests
  • Strong discipline, attention to detail, and good physical condition
  • Honest, responsible, and reliable personality
  • Willing to work shift schedule
  • Preferably living near Tabanan / Kediri / Kaba-Kaba
