  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, components, and parts for pump manufacturing.
  • Properly label and store items in designated locations following company procedures.
  • Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) inventory principles are followed.
  • Inventory Management
  • Record stock movements in ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory checks.
  • Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Production Support
  • Pick and deliver materials and components to the production area according to production schedules.
  • Return unused materials to stock after production orders are closed.
  • Coordinate with production planners to ensure continuous material availability.
  • Shipping & Dispatch
  • Prepare finished pump products for packing and shipment according to customer orders.
  • Verify shipping documentation (packing list, delivery note, etc.).
  • Load and unload goods using forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Safety & Housekeeping
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) in accordance with safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

  • High school, diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (manufacturing experience a plus).
  • Forklift license/certification preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy (ERP/SAPexperience desirable).
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and inventory records.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
