Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, researching, and evaluating potential vendors for goods and services.
  • Help collect quotations and compare price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Support vendor communication, including follow-ups on availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Support the purchasing process for goods—either through vendor orders or direct/on-site purchases when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchasing needs and stock availability.
  • Assist in checking received items to ensure accuracy in quantity and specification.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records, vendor lists, receipts, and documentation.
  • Help prepare purchasing reports and summaries weekly or monthly.
  • Work closely with the operations, finance, and general affairs teams to ensure smooth procurement workflow.
  • Assist in ensuring all purchasing processes follow company SOPs and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in procurement, administration, or operations.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong record-keeping habits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Able to work with urgency and follow up tasks proactively.
