About The Role

As an
Education Counsellor
, you will guide prospective learners in selecting the right training programs while driving course enrollment conversions.
This role is part of the Sales Division
and fits individuals who enjoy communicating, solving problems, and achieving targets in a dynamic education/training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance to prospects about available courses, training programs, and expected learning outcomes.
• Conduct follow-ups via WhatsApp, phone calls, video calls, and email to increase engagement and conversions.
• Deliver online presentations to support decision-making and boost enrollment rates.
• Manage and update lead/student data accurately in the system.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports according to division standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Strong communication skills and persuasive in offering courses.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
• Familiar with digital tools and online communication platforms.
• Willing to be placed in
  Malang
  for the first 3 months (potential relocation to Jakarta).
• Fresh graduates passionate about sales in the education/training industry are welcome.
