Job Description:

  1. Lead and manage overall dealer sales operations across West Java, ensuring achievement of sales volume, market share, and profitability targets.
  2. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and local market potential.
  3. Oversee dealer network performance, including sales achievement, stock management, marketing activities, and retail execution.
  4. Conduct regular dealer business reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior to formulate effective sales action plans.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to support promotions, product launches, and local activations.
  7. Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to dealer sales teams to enhance performance and professionalism.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
  9. Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a strong brand image across all dealer networks in the region.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the automotive, motorbike, or related industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in managing dealer networks or multi-branch sales operations.
  4. Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  5. Excellent understanding of the automotive retail and distribution landscape in West Java (familiar with Bandung and surrounding areas is preferred).
  6. Skilled in data-driven decision making, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Willing to travel frequently within West Java (holding a valid SIM A is preferred).
  8. Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing market conditions.
