A. Tanggung Jawab Utama: Manajemen Bangunan (Engineering & Maintenance)

  • Pemeliharaan Preventif dan Korektif:

  • Merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengawasi program Perawatan Preventif (Preventive Maintenance) untuk semua sistem kritis (MEP: Mekanikal, Elektrikal, Plumbing, AC/HVAC) untuk meminimalkan kerusakan dan waktu henti.

  • Mengelola tim teknisi dan memastikan respons yang cepat (Korektif) terhadap permintaan perbaikan dari kamar tamu dan area umum.

  • Pengelolaan Aset:

  • Memantau kondisi aset fisik hotel (interior, eksterior, peralatan, mesin) dan menyusun rencana penggantian

  • Keselamatan dan Kepatuhan:

  • Memastikan kepatuhan ketat terhadap standar Keselamatan, Kesehatan, dan Lingkungan (K3/HSE), terutama terkait dengan sistem kebakaran (fire safety), struktur bangunan, dan peraturan pemerintah daerah (termasuk regulasi pariwisata Bali).

  • Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan konsumsi energi (listrik, air, gas) untuk mendukung inisiatif keberlanjutan hotel (sustainability).

  • Kontraktor dan Vendor:

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola semua pekerjaan kontraktor pihak ketiga yang berhubungan dengan pemeliharaan atau proyek perbaikan besar.

B. Tanggung Jawab Utama: Manajemen Operasional (Operational Oversight)

  • Pengawasan Departemen:

  • Memberikan pengawasan dan dukungan langsung kepada Kepala Departemen: Housekeeping dan Security.

  • Berkoordinasi erat dengan Front Office dan General Manager untuk menyelesaikan masalah operasional harian.

  • Standar Pelayanan:

  • Memastikan bahwa standar kebersihan, kerapihan, dan sanitasi yang ketat (Housekeeping) dipertahankan di seluruh hotel, selaras dengan harapan pasar premium Nusa Dua.

  • Memastikan tim Security menjalankan protokol keamanan tamu dan properti secara efektif dan bijaksana.

  • Efisiensi Operasional:

  • Menganalisis data operasional dan biaya untuk mengidentifikasi inefisiensi dan mengusulkan peningkatan proses kerja (SOP) untuk menghemat biaya tanpa mengorbankan kualitas layanan.
