Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan lingkungan dan mengelola pembuangan limbah berbahaya dengan cara yang bertanggung jawab.
  2. Mengontrol dan menjalankan implementasi HSE untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh proses operasional perusahaan berjalan dengan aman dan target produksi dapat tercapai sesuai dengan manual HSE.
  3. Melakukan kendali seluruh dokumen system managemen HSE (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3).
  4. Menjalankan mekanisme komunikasi HSE
  5. Membuat laporan – laporan operasional HSE baik internal maupun eksternal.
  6. Memonitor pelaksanaan dan pemenuhan dari peraturan perundang-undangan serta persyaratan lainnya mengenai HSE.
  7. Membuat perencanaan dan implementasi pelatihan HSE internal dan ekternal.
  8. Melakukan pengendalian terhadap kontraktor.
  9. Memastikan semua peralatan emergency berfungsi dengan baik.
  10. Melakukan investigasi kecelakaan kerja di area perusahaan dan penanganannya.
  11. Bertanggung jawab terhadap tanggung gugat yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan HSE.
  12. Mengelola, mengarahkan dan mengendalikan peningkatan mutu pekerjaan dan pelayanan di unit kerjanya sesuai dengan tertib administrasi, sistem dan prosedur perusahaan untuk memastikan terlaksananya Sistem Perusahaan dengan baik.
  13. Mengelola, mengarahkan dan mengendalikan sistem dan cara kerja di unitnya.
  14. Memotivasi, mengembangkan, menetapkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja dari bawahan.

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Kesehatan Masyarakat, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai HSE Supervisor diutamakan pada Pabrik/Industri Manufaktur.
  3. Wajib memiliki Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum.
  4. Lebih di sukai memiliki Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Lingkungan.
  5. Memiliki Sertifikasi, Pemahaman yang baik dan Berpengalaman menjadi Auditor SMK3, Proper, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
  6. Kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat serta keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
  7. bersedia di tempatkan di PT Andalan Manis Sejahtera (Member of SAMORA Group) Site Marunda, Bekasi Utara.
