We're Hiring: FLIGHT STANDARD OFFICER

PT TRAVIRA AIR is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Flight Standard Officer to join our team and support our flight operations in maintaining compliance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, review, and revise aviation manuals and operational documents (OM Part A to Part B)

2. Liaise and coordinate with DKPPU regarding updates or approvals of company manuals

3. Distribute revisions and updates to relevant stakeholders such as pilots, FOO, and other operational personnel

4. Ensure documentation compliance with applicable aviation regulations

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong attention to detail and documentation

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills

3. Habitual reader and up-to-date with aviation regulations

4. Ability to interpret and implement regulatory changes in documentation

5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Aeronautical, Aviation Management, or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation, especially in regulatory or operational documentation

3. Age: preferably over 25 years old

4. English (conversational to intermediate level)
