Role Description

The Internship Admin Marketing role supports the marketing department in administrative, coordination, and reporting tasks. This position is on-site full-time to provide real-time coordination and support for daily marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Final-year student (semester 6 or above) majoring in Public Relations, Communication Science, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and Canva for basic design tasks.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken; confident in liaising across departments and vendors.
  • Active in student organizations or event committees, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in daily administrative operations and marketing documentation, including scheduling, filing, and record management.
  2. Support campaign tracking, data entry, and report compilation to ensure accurate and timely updates on marketing activities.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  4. Manage and organize marketing merchandise and printed materials, including stock records, distribution, and usage tracking.
  5. Support event logistics, preparation, and post-event documentation, including photo reports and evaluation summaries.
  6. Maintain organized marketing files, archives, and databases for easy access and future reference.
  7. Collaborate with the Graphic Design & Social Media team to maintain and update company social media content and visuals.
