Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective and engaging English lessons based on the assigned teaching schedule
  • Prepare lesson plans, materials, and classroom equipment in advance
  • Monitor and support students' academic progress and well-being
  • Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and progress reports
  • Apply and communicate center safety and behavior policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues and substitute classes when needed
  • Participate in professional development sessions and center activities

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, confident, and communicative
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and adaptable
  • Detail-oriented and service-minded
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Teaching experience with children and teenagers (3–18 years old) is a plus
