Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a FB Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The FB Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. They will manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, maintain inventory and supply levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage management, including staff supervision and training
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and supply levels effectively
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
