About the role

We are seeking a talented Solution Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive solutions to our valued clients. Based in our office in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Account Management and Relationship division.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to understand their unique needs and pain points
  2. Understand Non-Marketplace partner requirements during the pre-integration stage.
  3. Conduct pre-feasibility studies and analyze partner needs including coverage, commercial terms, and operational processes.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all requirements are clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
  5. Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners across commercial, operational, and finance aspects by preparing a project brief as the agreed reference document.
  6. Maintain and monitor the onboarding project for approximately three months to ensure actual performance aligns with the agreed planning.
  7. Designing and implementing tailored solutions that address our clients' challenges and help them achieve their business objectives
  8. Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  9. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  10. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings
  11. Contributing to the overall sales and marketing strategies of the organisation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing Management, Logistics Management, or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar solution-oriented, client-facing role, preferably within the sales or account management domain
  3. Strong business acumen
  4. Familiar with 3PL logistics, FTL, and LTL operations.
  5. Good English communication skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  7. Skilled in project management.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
