BARISTA & SALES SUPPORT (FULL TIME)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Barista or in Food & Beverage/Retail Sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to work mobile/travel based on customer needs, including weekend and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment properly.
  • Follow health and safety regulations in beverage preparation and food handling.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with a positive attitude.
  • Assist in promoting new products and special offers to increase sales.
  • Actively engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell beverages, merchandise, or coffee beans.
  • Support in-store marketing and visual merchandising activities.
  • Monitor and report stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
