Field Service Engineer

Qualifications :
- Min SMK graduates with majors in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer and Network Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate from Bachelor Degree are welcome to apply.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Electronic Security System.
- Experience in electronic security systems including CCTV surveillance, access control, biometric, alarm systems, gate, and cabling is considered a plus; basic IT knowledge in hardware and network.
- Understand reading technical drawings (CAD).
- Understand low-voltage electricity.
- Have a C driver's license.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network security device.
- Willing to be placed on customer site.
- Quickly and efficiently solve clients' security system issues, including security systems, CCTV surveillance, cabling and etc.
- Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the quality of HSG Teknologi's services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and customer.
- Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
