Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Merumuskan dan mengimplementasikan
strategi penjualan omnichannel
(retail offline, e-commerce, marketplace) untuk mendorong peningkatan revenue dan ekspansi pasar. - Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi strategi marketing yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan brand visibility, customer acquisition, dan repeat purchase.
- Memimpin, mengevaluasi, dan mengoptimalkan kinerja tim Sales, Retail, dan Marketing untuk memastikan pencapaian target penjualan nasional.
- Mengelola strategi brand agar tetap relevan, kompetitif, dan konsisten di seluruh touchpoint pelanggan.
- Mengendalikan seluruh aktivitas operasional retail & marketing untuk memastikan eksekusi yang efisien, efektif, dan sesuai standar perusahaan.
- Menginisiasi dan memimpin riset pasar, analisis tren fashion, competitive benchmarking, serta identifikasi peluang kategori atau kanal baru.
- Merancang kebijakan, SOP, dan KPI untuk seluruh tim penjualan dan pemasaran.
- Mengelola perencanaan anggaran marketing & sales, serta memastikan penggunaan budget secara optimal dan berorientasi pada ROI.
- Membangun kemitraan strategis dengan pihak eksternal (media, marketplace, komunitas fashion, dan ekosistem retail).
- Mengambil peran sebagai business driver dalam pertumbuhan penjualan secara keseluruhan.
