Graphic Designer

• Produce modern yet effective and communicative visual assets
• Work with strategic planner and copy writer to develop creative ideas and identity for new campaigns on various media
• Develop online and offline visual communication contents such as social media contents, digital ads, banner, flyer, etc
• Ensure a consistent and high standard of visual execution across all media
• Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

Social Media Specialist

• Create social media campaigns and content; observing trends and references, brainstorming, planning to execution (including schedule and post)
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing & editing social media posts and promoting social media campaigns
• Communicating with social media followers,responding to queries in a timely manner
• Analyze and report performance in different social media platforms
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results

Creative Marketing Manager

• Produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
• Leading all Creative strategies and materials (including social media content, web articles, digital ads)
• Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets
• Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques

Performance Marketing Specialist

• Plan, execute, and own the results from paid digital channels (search, display, social, video, mobile)
• Explore and unlock opportunities that will drive size-able growth in business
• Continuously optimize audiences and campaigns to deliver a full-funnel advertising approach that will drive more efficient ad spending with higher ROI
• Measure, monitor, and report performance from both advertising and CRM platforms
• Giving recommendations to content and social media team

Syarat Pekerjaan

Graphic Designer

• Have 1-2 years of proven experience as graphic designer and other related positions
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome
• Have good creativity with strong concept
• Able to translate ideas, concepts, and design brief into appropriate key visuals is a must
• Proficient with graphic design software (esp Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Good UI layouting skill will be an advantage
• Haven fun personality and able to work collaboratively in team
• Have strong work ethic to handle workload and meet deadlines
• Stay updated on the latest design trends
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta

Social Media Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1-year experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role
• Ability to create, manage, and oversee social media content
• Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
• Experience in writing content for landing page is preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta

Creative Marketing Manager

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years' digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of design, copy, SEO, & SEM
• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Willing work on-site in Jakarta / Bandung / Yogyakarta

Performance Marketing Specialist

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketing
• Strong Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads & Facebook Ads experience
• Strong online marketing strategy
• Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast-learner
• Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share reports & insights on the campaign performance
• Proficient in digital analytics (strong in numbers, doing data analysis and getting actionable insights from data, and using analytics tools)
• Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel Analytics, Google Data Studio)
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta
